and production of advertising, brochures, catalogs, direct
mail, environmental, event, identity, sell sheets and specialty projects. Hadtke Associates July 2002 to December 2002 - New York Art Director / Designer Worked in the graphics department of established product and packaging design firm based in Manhattan. My responsibilities included: assisting the Design Director with management of the graphics department, art direction, execution of design projects, developing creative presentations and direct-mail promotions. Croce Advertising, Inc. 1988 to1996 - Denver, CO Art Director / Designer Began as a production artist and designer and worked on all projects the agency accepted. As art director, in partnership with the agency principal, I designed, produced and/or managed all creative work for the company which included print and radio advertising, collateral, direct mail, identity, environmental and specialty. My duties included: art direction, design,
radio production and print production. Interact with client project
managers and marketing departments. In addition, I maintained and enhanced
vendor relationships including color houses, printers, photographers
